Brian Soloman, founder of Nationwide Property Referrals, is not your average real estate entrepreneur. His journey is one of dedication, service, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Brian's deep roots in leadership, financial expertise, and operational management set him apart in the world of real estate.

A proud graduate of Ferris State University, Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. His pursuit of academic excellence didn't stop there. He further honed his business acumen at Lawrence Technological University, where he earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA).

Before venturing into real estate, Brian spent six years in the financial services industry, working with some of the most prestigious firms, including Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley. This experience endowed him with a keen understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and the intricacies of asset management – all of which are invaluable in the world of property transactions.

However, Brian's story is more than just academic achievements and corporate success. He is a combat veteran, having served in the US Army's First Battalion, 321st Field Artillery Regiment Airborne at Fort Bragg, NC and in 2005 and 2006, he was deployed to Iraq, where he engaged in combat operations, a testament to his resilience, dedication, and leadership.

Following his military service, Brian's commitment to service continued in the federal sector. As the Associate Director of Security for a large federal agency, he oversaw all physical security programs and all classified national security information spanning a portfolio of over 500 facilities, managing the safety of more than 100,000 employees and contractors, and ensuring secure operations for a $4 trillion dollar enterprise. This role not only solidified his leadership capabilities but also gave him a unique perspective on managing vast real estate assets, spanning tens of millions of square feet.

Today, as the driving force behind Nationwide Property Referrals, Brian leverages his diverse background to ensure clients receive top-notch realty services. His financial expertise, leadership experience, and unparalleled dedication ensure every referral is handled with utmost precision and care.
